On my smartphone, the lululemon Twitter profile appears clean and professional. The background header image is dark, but the audience can see individuals in their lululemon athletic wear. The profile picture is small, but displays their logo well. The lululemon Twitter page is definitely optimized for a small screen because of how the page is laid out. The page easily allows access to their Tweets, Followers, or Following. The bottom of the page also displays similar brands that the viewer may like to follow. The lululemon Twitter app looks like it was designed for a smartphone. It has a different layout than a Twitter page would on a desktop or laptop and is easily accessible to users on the go

On my smartphone, the lululemon Facebook profile looks very similar to their Twitter page in terms of the header picture and the profile picture. The profile picture is exactly the same as the Twitter picture, which is their brand logo. The background header picture is dark and is a picture of individuals in lululemon running attire jogging down a street in a lit up city. The page easily allows users to Like, Message, or Share the page. The Facebook page looks like it was designed for a smartphone, because the page allows easy access to their posts, displays large pictures for individuals to see on their phones, and has an easily accessible layout that allows the user to quickly find what they’re looking for.

After scrolling through lululemon’s Twitter feed, I found tweets that led to blog posts that were easily accessible just by clicking on the link provided. I also clicked on a link through a tweet that led me to their lululemon mobile page to shop.

Lululemon is definitely serving their mobile audience. Their website, blog page, Twitter page, and Facebook page are all mobile friendly. There are easy navigation tools that make it easy to search, share, or shop. This content reflects their brand, because lululemon shoppers are most likely on the go almost all the time. They are athletic, involved, and busy, which means they will need a brand that is capable of providing them user-friendly apps, on the go.

Lululemon is paying attention to their mobile-dominated audience by keeping their social profiles up to date. They also have the mobile shopping app and blog website that is smartphone friendly as well. Lululemon knows their shoppers are all about convenience, so they work hard to keep their mobile sites updated constantly to keep their customers happy.
